Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth

  • 1 cup milk or heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • In a pot, melt butter and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  • Add diced potatoes and broth, then bring to a boil.
