Ingredients

• 1¾ cups all-purpose flour

• ½ tsp baking soda

• ½ tsp salt

• ½ cup butter, softened

• ¾ cup peanut butter

• ½ cup sugar

• ½ cup brown sugar

• 1 egg

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 2 tbsp milk

• Granulated sugar for rolling

• 24 chocolate kiss candies

Directions

• Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
• In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
• In another bowl, beat butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
• Add egg, vanilla extract, and milk and mix well.
• Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
• Roll dough into small balls and coat in granulated sugar.
• Place on a baking tray and bake for 8–10 minutes.
• Immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
• Let cool before serving.
