½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add egg, vanilla extract, and milk and mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Roll dough into small balls and coat in granulated sugar.
- Place on a baking tray and bake for 8–10 minutes.
- Immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Let cool before serving.
