Ingredients

  • For the Pastry:

  • 1 cup water

  • ½ cup butter

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 4 eggs

  • For the Filling:

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.
  • Add flour all at once and stir until dough forms a ball.
  • Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth and glossy.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking tray.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and puffed.
