Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan or Pecorino cheese

  • 4 slices bacon or pancetta, chopped

Directions

  • Reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain pasta.
  • Cook bacon or pancetta in a skillet until crispy.
