Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced

  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp vinegar (white or apple cider)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley (optional)

Directions

  • Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers.
  • Place cucumber slices in a large bowl.
